Abstract

In efforts to scale development impact, identifying and creating new developmental assets is just as important as mobilizing large amounts of capital. Yet the techniques and approaches for doing this may not be as well established. A value chain approach to creating new opportunities within existing value chains can complement the available tools for creating new developmental assets across big and small value chains alike.
