Abstract

The study performed in this article is a quantitative marketing research aimed to find out how useful the social media recruitment tools are for companies. Based on this, we wanted to measure the level of satisfaction offered by these instruments. The purpose of our research is to see if the social media recruitment tools really help companies in making decisions about employment. Questionnaire was designed and promoted. 100 respondents had answered. The respondents were HR specialists and we have taken into consideration only the answers of organizations that use social media recruitment tools. After results and analysis, we discover that the vast majority of the respondents declared themselves satisfied about social media recruitment tools.
