Risque et sélection d'équilibre dans un jeu de coordination : une analyse expérimentale

Abstract

Nous comparons les résultats expérimentaux de trois jeux de coordination de type "chasse au cerf" (stag-hunt). Contrairement à Battalio et al. (2001), notre protocole permet de maintenir constant le rapport des risques des deux stratégies lorsqu'on augmente la prime d'optimisation. De plus, ce protocole permet de tester l'effet d'une diminution du rapport des risques des deux stratégies, pour une prime d'optimisation constante. Nos résultats montrent que dans ce dernier cas, la fréquence du choix de la stratégie dominante en termes de risque croît fortement, alors que cette fréquence n'est pas affectée par un accroissement de la prime d'optimisation toutes choses égales par ailleurs. Cependant, nos résultats confirment ceux de Battalio et al. sur le fait qu'un accroissement de la prime d'optimisation favorise l'adoption de la meilleure réponse plus fréquemment et accroît la sensibilité à l'historique du jeu.
