Abstract

carpal tunnel syndrome is caused by compression of median nerve at carpal tunnel. This syndrome is one of the most common compression neuropathies in the upper limb. There are some different options for treatment such as conservative and operative treatment in the literatures. Two common surgical procedures for CTR are minimal incision and classic incision
