Abstract

Background: Background: In 2010 The American Diabetes Association (ADA) recommended HbA1c as an alternative to fasting blood glucose (FBG) as a screening test when diagnosing prediabetes, but little is known about sensitivity of HbA1c and fasting glucose for diagnosing prediabetes in Chinese Americans in primary care setting.
