Innovation Strategy As A Tool Of Increasing The Level Of Enterprise Competitiveness

Abstract

The article presents the theoretical foundations of an innovation strategy as a means of increasing the level of competitiveness of an enterprise, as well as a description of a specific example of the positive use of an innovation strategy in an enterprise with a comprehensive analysis of the level of competitiveness and identification of the influence of the factor in the implementation of the innovation strategy.In the course of the study, both general scientific methods (analysis, synthesis, abstraction) and specific methods were used in the course of analyzing the level of competitiveness of an enterprise (matrix analysis, coefficient analysis, dynamic analysis, etc.). The results of the analysis showed a positive impact of the implementation of the innovation strategy on the level of competitiveness of the enterprise. The conclusions based on the results of the study will be useful in the course of the implementation of the strategic planning process and will improve the quality of the formation of an innovative strategy.
