Management Consulting in Strategy Development in the Region

Abstract

The article is devoted procedures of management consulting in the process of developing a strategy for the region. Purpose - to show the stages of management consulting, which are based on specific management tools, group work major groups of influence on the process of developing the regional development strategy that provides a coordinated decisions on the formation of a strategic plan. The methods of group work with the inclusion of the situation analysis tools, forming a hierarchy of strategic objectives and determine the main content of the regional development strategy. The structure of the group work and the place of instruments for policy development in the three-day seminar. For the first day shows the use of analysis tools of the situation in terms of development factors and methods of analysis. The second day is represented by a combination of such groups as tools for constructing the table first iteration strategy, synergistic matrix, strategic configurator and tools to build the tree of strategic objectives. Noted that the third day of the stakeholder group provides strategy formulation and determination of its core content. The conclusions that for group work organized stakeholder management consultants allows you to develop a comprehensive and coherent solutions for strategic development of the region.
