State accreditation in the legislation of the Russian Federation

Abstract

This article is devoted to the Federal laws of the Russian Federation, which establish requirements on state accreditation of legal entities, individual entrepreneurs in certain areas. On the basis of Federal laws, there are several systems of state accreditation, which are powers of different government bodies. The article presents a brief analysis of Federal laws, administrative authority, the rules of the accreditation in the different spheres of government, shows the shortcomings of the existing accreditation systems, the absence of General principles of the activities of state bodies. Part of the accreditation systems established in recent years, they used the experience of accreditation mill in Western Europe. On the basis of such examples of features that can be applied to the notion of “government accreditation†. The author’s suggestions aimed at the unification of laws and existing systems of state accreditation.
