Abstract

During the complex analysis of information openness and improvement of quality of administrative activity, work of representative (legislative) body of the state subject of the Russian Federation is studied. (on the example of Legislative Assembly of St. Petersburg). The system of information openness and improvement of quality of administrative activity of representative (legislative) body of the state subject of the Russian Federation is theoretically proved and investigated. (on the example of Legislative Assembly of St. Petersburg).
