Abstract
The article continues a series of articles devoted to the subject “Psychosomatic Self-improvement as a Component of Acme - Development of the Adult†and published in the issues of the Journal “Administrative consulting†, N 2 (2012), 4, 8, 12 (2013). One of the impressive phenomena of the XXI century can recognize progress of the People’s Republic of China in all fields of activity, including science, education, policy, economy, culture and an elite sport. It is necessary to recognize that very noticeable role in it play improving systems of China a chi kung (power psychophysical gymnastics) and wushu (martial arts) which are practiced by about 90% of the population of modern China. It is necessary to notice that the statement of some representatives of domestic psychology and pedagogic that the East, as before, carefully keeps the secrets and that interferes with introduction of above-mentioned systems in physical culture of the Russian Federation fairly only partly. Our experience of collaboration and training at the Chinese experts on martial art testifies to availability in understanding of east mentality. As bright confirmation the 2nd place of team of SpBSAPC of P. F. Lesgaft at the World festival of sports wushu serves that in Shanghai (1992) when favorites of competitions teams of Japan, Vietnam, Korea were won. The first place was awarded to team of People’s Republic of China. Delivery by the Shanghai Rehabilitation Union to the head coach of team of St.-Petersburg to the author of this article of the diploma “The expert of the top skills on tai chi†was a sign event of this holiday of martial arts of China. In this article philosophical and psychological bases of this most “closed†type of martial arts of China reveal.
