Abstract

The article analyzes the experience of modernization of the Russian economy. The authors attributed the implementation problems arising from the macroeconomic priorities and objectives with enough full account of the limited resources at the micro level and the actual spraying of available resources, justifying the need to focus on their key areas - points of modernization, which will contribute to the effectiveness of the strategy of modernization.
