Prospects of Development of Export Potential of Higher Education of the Russian Federation

Abstract

In the article are stated the problems of development of export potential of higher education and its global trends. The experience (best practices) of industrialized countries, as well as the People’s Republic of China on the internationalization of higher education are reveals. The elements of the model of higher education of the Russian Federation for the purpose of the implementation of the national project of export of educational services are analyzed. A set of measures promoting internationalization of Russian higher education is presented.
