Abstract

The aim of the article is to conduct research and make recommendations on how to increase the volume of products with high return expectations based on risk sharing in participation banking. Thanks to the "convertible musharakah sukuk" model proposed in the article, participation banks and sukuk investors can benefit from increasing the range of interest-free products based on risk sharing, bringing renewable energy facilities to the country, providing returns to sukuk investors with profit and loss sharing products, and allowing investors to continue earning returns by owning the shares of the relevant facility after the sukuk redemption date.
