Venture Capital Structure and Data-Driven Implementation in Turkey

Abstract

This study aims to analyse Venture Capital Investment Partnership Model and handles the arrangements done in Turkey related to this partnership model to analyze the legal structure related to the application in Turkey. The study aims to analyse this legal structure following Venture Capital Investment Partnership activity and the tendency of financial data to be shown by years between the years 2008-2016.When the data related to Venture Capital Investment Partnership is analysed, it is seen that the activity and financial data have shown an upward trend in between 2008 2016.
