Abstract

Small and medium sized enterprises (SME’s) have taken important place both in European Union (EU) and Turkey with respect to numbers, employment level, value added generated. In our days; SME’s have the chance to become an international trade mark to the extent that they access the features of entrepreneurship and innovation. In this article, first of all the importance of SME’s for overall economy is emphasized, then after some incentives towards SME’s are mentioned and how to ensure an integration between SME’s and entrepreneurship is investigated.
