The Effects of Cash Management Services in Participation Bankingand Employee Perception Analysis With the Help of Survey Study

Abstract

Participation Banking fills an important gap in the financial services by increasing its share in Turkey. Cash Management in general covers collections and payments transactions deriving from receivables and short term debts in the balance sheet of the companies. Cash Management in banking covers payments, transfers and collection services. In this study, the perception of a participation bank employees on cash management services is examined by survey-study under the general performance ratios of participation banking.
