Managing institute of the state in the context of innovation development

Abstract

The author explores the institution of the state of the twentieth century. The paper presents the basic views of foreign scientists involved in the study of the state of post-industrial society, namely, such as Francis Fukuyama, Adam Przeworski, Alvin Toffler, Manuel Castells, Spengler, Patrick Buchanan. At the same time, the views of Russian scientists - D.I. Mendeleyev, N. Alexeev are considered. Material is provided with a comparative table of changes in the number of electoral democracies, which allows us to consider the evolution of democracy in the countries of the world community, in the interval from 1990 to 2010. The author assigns a special role of the state and government in the Russian Federation.
