Transformation of financial relations in the state and commercial sphere in modern Russia

Abstract

The article presents the results of a study in the transformation of modern finance. The relevance of the issue is due to the need of studying approaches to the issues of the finance influence as a factor in accelerating, or, conversely, slowing down the socio-economic development of world and Russian society. If the creation of value by finance remains an obvious fact, then the size of such value must be measured in a new way. The article considers approaches to studying the financial resources of organizations and public finance of the Russian Federation.
