The author of the Monograph Yuriy Miranovich Antonyan is Honored Russian Scientist, Honored Worker of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Russia, Doctor of Law, Professor, Professor of the Department of Criminal Law and Procedure of Russian State University for the Humanities.This review is an analysis of a monographic study “Totalitarian Crime†, dedicated to a very complicated and little studied problem in criminology.
