Increase of the administrative decisions efficiency by using the software-analytical complex of scenario analysis and forecasting

Abstract

The description of the modular functional structure of the software-analytical complex of scenario analysis, the forecast of behavior and the development of complex socio-economic systems is presented. The issues of modeling complex socio-economic systems are formulated. The use of the scenario approach and the corresponding software and analytical complex as an effective mean of supporting the decisions made and forecasting their consequences is asserted.
