Efficiency Analysis Of Branch And Division Activities Is A Prerequisite For Business Stability

Abstract

The article overviews business development strategies aimed at extending branch and division net. To provide stability in such social and economical systems of complicated structure it is essential to create mechanisms of self-regulation based on complex evaluation of structural unit activities. The article rationalizes evaluation methods in short- and long-term periods of branch net creation. A system of key efficiency indicators, allowing to perform branch activity monitoring and react to changes timely, is presented.
