Abstract

This article analyzes how circular economy capabilities and practices mediate barriers faced by SMEs in implementing sustainable strategies. Using the PLS-SEM method, the authors identify critical drivers and mediators that facilitate circular design adoption. The study provides valuable insights for promoting systemic changes in business models and advancing the circular economy in emerging markets.
