Abstract

This study analyzes the health conditions, nutritional habits, and coping strategies employed by women working in manufacturing environments in northern Mexico. Based on a mixed-methods approach, it identifies the most common challenges affecting female operators’ physical and emotional well-being. The article proposes workplace improvements and support programs to enhance their quality of life and work performance.
