Abstract

This study explores how intellectual capital and technological innovation contribute to patent valuation and their broader social impact. It analyzes critical indicators and institutional performance through a mixed-methods approach, with data from public universities and innovation systems. Findings highlight the need for integrative frameworks and policy alignment to enhance innovation outcomes and valuation processes, promoting long-term knowledge economies.
