Abstract

Este articulo analiza como el modelo de marco logico y la teoria del cambio ofrecen fundamentos metodologicos y estrategicos para planificar la innovacion con impacto social en centros publicos de investigacion, mediante un enfoque estructurado que contribuye a mejorar su gestion institucional.
