Abstract

يُحمد للأخ السويلم جهده المقدر في التوجه بعلم الاقتصاد الإسلامي نحو دائرة التحري النظري عن مقاصد الشرع المتضمنة في أحكام المال والثروة، وتوظيف أدوات التحليل الاقتصادي لتحقيق هذا الغرض. وهو في هذا البحث يسعى لإثبات نتيجة متوقعة عن الأثر الاقتصادي لربا الفضل باعتباره سببًا لتركز الثروة في أيدي الأغنياء وخلق ضائقة من الشح في عرض السلع الضرورية وغلاء الأسعار للطبقات الأقل حظًا. لكن الباحث يستند في مدخله التحليلي على عبارات منقوصة للإمام أبي حامد الغزالي حول الأثر الاقتصادي لربا الفضل، ثم يتبنى نموذجًا رياضيًا لا يطرح الأسئلة المحورية المناسبة على مستوى التحليل الاقتصادي الفردي(microeconomic analysis) للتعرف على طبيعة الاختلاف بين المقايضة المشروعة والمقايضة المحظورة، ولا يوضح كيفية نشوء سوق لربا الفضل بموازاة السوق العام، فضلًا عن استناده على دالة إنتاج جمعية (additive) غير واقعية، ولذلك لم يوفق في الوصول إلى الجواب حول النمط السلوكي المرتبط بربا الفضل.
