Abstract

-- الكتاب المذكور هو بحث علمي تقدم به صاحبه للحصول على درجة الماجستير في الاقتصاد. ولا شك أن ذلك قد يضيف مسؤوليات علمية أكبر على الكتاب إذ هو بحث علمي وليس مجرد كتاب دراسي أو ثقافي. ولكن ذلك من جهة أخرى قد يخفف من تلك المسئوليات لأنه خطوة أولى للباحث في طريق البحث العلمي.
