LA BÚSQUEDA DE INFORMACIÓN EN EL MERCADO LABORAL DESDE UN ENFOQUE ALTERNATIVO: Las redes sociales y el mercado laboral

Abstract

El que existan oferentes de trabajo y demandantes del mismo, es apenas una condición para que se configure el mercado laboral, como el espacio donde se realizan los emparejamientos exitosos entre empleado y vacante, y se intercambie fuerza de trabajo por salarios. Se requiere que éstos interactúen por medio de las alternativas de búsqueda de información para que en realidad emerja el mercado laboral. Con un modelo básico, usando la teoría de las redes sociales, se plantea la conexión entre oferentes y demandantes de trabajo, mediante el uso de las alternativas de búsqueda de información, lo que implica reformular el concepto de canales de búsqueda de empleo.
