Aplicación De La Metodología Leader Para La Selección De Territorios En El Valle Del Cauca

Abstract

Este artículo es un acercamiento teórico a la metodología Leader, de la Unión Europea, y presenta el resultado de un estudio de evaluación y selección de territorios en el Valle del Cauca con base en los parámetros establecidos por esta metodología. Para lograr el objetivo se considera inicialmente la inequidad de la distribución de los ingresos en el departamento a partir del análisis de algunos indicadores socioeconómicos. Luego se presentan los parámetros generales del Leader, así como la presentación y selección de los municipios que conformarán el territorio Leader en el Valle del Cauca.
