Abstract

This study analyzes the health conditions, nutritional habits, and coping strategies employed by women working in manufacturing environments in northern Mexico. Based on a mixed-methods approach, it identifies the most common challenges affecting female operators’ physical and emotional wellbeing. The article proposes workplace improvements and support programs to enhance their quality of life and work performance.
