Abstract

This study presents a diagnostic analysis of food and nutrition in vulnerable regions of Mexico. Through a qualitative and participatory approach, the research identifies critical factors affecting nutrition, such as access, availability, and cultural practices. The role of family gardens and community involvement in promoting food security and social development is also examined, providing insights for sustainable public policies in marginalized areas.
