Abstract

Este artículo analiza cómo el modelo de marco lógico y la teoría del cambio ofrecen fundamentos metodológicos y estratégicos para planificar la innovación con impacto social en centros públicos de investigación, mediante un enfoque estructurado que contribuye a mejorar su gestión institucional.
