Regionale Gestaltung der Transformation in den Bundesländern: Eine Untersuchung tripartistischer Strukturen, arbeitspolitischer Initiativen und Ressourcen für die Umsetzung

Abstract

Digitalisierung und Dekarbonisierung bewirken grundlegende Veränderungen in Gesellschaft und Wirtschaft. In dieser Transformation müssen Mitwirkungsrechte, ?strukturen und ?ressourcen der Arbeitnehmer*innen und ihrer Gewerkschaften angepasst werden. Denn die Forschung zeigt: Ein nachhaltiger Wandel gelingt besser, wenn er demokratisch mitbestimmt ist- auf der politischen Ebene wie in den Betrieben. Die Studie gibt auf Basis einer qualitativen Befragung gewerkschaftlicher Expert*innen einen Überblick der Aktivitäten auf Ebene der Bundesländer. Bei der Gestaltung der Transformation fehlt den meisten Bundesländern bislang noch eine gute Praxis, vorhandene Strukturen zu nutzen, um eine ganzheitliche Strategie mit Blick auf die Zukunft der Wertschöpfung und gute Arbeit zu entwickeln.
