Branchenanalyse Gastgewerbe: Beschäftigungsentwicklung, Arbeitsbedingungen und Perspektiven vor dem Hintergrund von Corona und Mindestlohn

Abstract

Wie kaum eine andere Branche war das Gastgewerbe von den Einschränkungen während der Corona-Pandemie betroffen. Diese Studie beleuchtet die wesentlichen Entwicklungen im Zusammenhang mit der Pandemie und mit der Einführung des Mindestlohns. Darüber hinaus gibt sie einen Überblick über die Branchen- und Beschäftigtenstruktur und benennt aktuelle Entwicklungen, Herausforderungen und Gestaltungsmöglichkeiten zur Verbesse-rung der Arbeitsbedingungen.
