Abstract

Mit der Wiedereinführung von Wohngemeinnützigkeit ('Neue Wohngemeinnützigkeit') verfolgt die Regierungskoalition das Anliegen, den sozialen Wohnungsbau zu fördern und auf diese Weise mehr bezahlbaren Wohnraum zu schaffen. Das Kurzgutachten nimmt Stellung zur Frage, ob es unionsrechtliche Bedingungen für die Neue Wohngemeinnützigkeit gibt, insbesondere mit Blick auf die Ausgestaltung der sozialen Zielgruppe.
