Kompetenzprofile in einer digital vernetzten Produktion: Veränderungen in Kompetenzanforderungen und Handlungsempfehlungen für eine anforderungsgerechte Weiterbildung in der metallverarbeitenden Industrie

Abstract

In der Wissenschaft ist man sich einig, dass die digitale Vernetzung in der Produktion im Sinne von Industrie 4.0 bisherige Tätigkeiten und Kompetenzanforderungen verändern wird. Besonders in der metallverarbeitenden Industrie sind Mitarbeitende von Veränderungen des Arbeitsumfelds durch die Implementierung digital vernetzter Hilfsmittel betroffen. Konkrete Auswirkungen der digitalen Vernetzung auf die tatsächlichen Tätigkeiten und Kompetenzanforderungen von Mitarbeitenden in der metallverarbeitenden Industrie sind noch nicht im Detail bekannt. Insbesondere kleinen und mittelständischen Unternehmen (KMU) fehlt es häufig an Ressourcen, um sich gezielt mit den zukünftigen Anforderungen an die Kompetenzen ihrer Mitarbeitenden und deren Weiterbildungsbedarf auseinanderzusetzen. Daher fokussiert sich diese Studie auf die Analyse zukünftiger Kompetenzprofile von Mitarbeitenden der metallverarbeitenden Industrie und leitet aus den Ergebnissen durchgeführter Tätigkeitsstrukturanalysen, Analysen technischer Trends und Entwicklungen sowie Experteninterviews Handlungsempfehlungen für die Ausrichtung der beruflichen Weiterbildung von Fachkräften her.
