Abstract

Vor dem Hintergrund des demographischen Wandels und einer von steigendem Leistungsdruck geprägten Gesellschaft gewinnen Dienstleistungen von Rehabilitationseinrichtungen zunehmend an Bedeutung. Trotz der wachsenden Nachfrage stehen die Rehabilitationseinrichtungen in Deutschland unter starken Anpassungs- und Veränderungsdruck, der auch die in ihnen tätigen Beschäftigten betrifft. Die Branchenanalyse untersucht wirtschaftliche, gesetzliche, technologische und soziale Veränderungen und ihre Auswirkungen auf Arbeit und Beschäftigung in Rehabilitationseinrichtungen.
