Abstract

Organizations and their development is a topic of extreme actuality for the theorists who tried to outline the most important aspects that define organizations and also for the people directly involved in their functions. The world is changing and, in order to keep up, each organization needs well-trained and competent, well-informed, loyal, flexible, and talented employees etc. Managers have to think well of what they offer to the employees and of what they ask from them if they seek high-performance and competitive firms. In the present, the old practice based on responsibilities and authority has to be replaced with practices that put their greatest stress on the individuals’ development as real and cooperative members of the organization team. Any well-trained person who is encouraged to grow from a professional point of view can offer something valuable to the management of the organization.
