Personal Development In Cognitive Behavioral Training

Abstract

The study is approaching the development of a concept for a Romanian Curriculum for the Personal Development of trainees in cognitive-behavioral therapy. The structuring is based upon a design developed in the German speaking countries, emerged from differentiated approaches, that all kept up with the rules of cognitive-behavioral therapy. Necessary requirements for developing a Romanian Curriculum are discussed in relationship to needs and difficulties of Romanian trainees.
