Työn vastaanottamisen kannustimet Suomessa

Abstract

Tässä tutkimuksessa käsitellään työn vastaanottamisen kannustimia Suomessa. Työn vastaan-ottamisen kannustimia tarkastellaan laskemalla mikrosimulaation avulla työttömille työllis-tymisveroasteita. Työllistymisveroaste kertoo, kuinka suuri osa työllistymisen aiheuttamasta tulon kasvusta menee kasvaneisiin veroihin ja vähentyneisiin sosiaalietuuksiin. Työn vastaan-ottamisen kannustimia tarkastellaan sekä kokoaikaisen että osa-aikaisen työn tapauksessa. Osa-aikaisen työn kannustimia laskettaessa huomioidaan myös työttömän mahdollisuus sovi-teltuun työttömyysetuuteen. Työllistymisveroasteiden lisäksi tutkimuksessa lasketaan efektii-vinen marginaaliveroaste tapauksessa, jossa puolipäivätyötä tekevä siirtyy kokopäivätyöhön.
