Abstract

El presente documento tiene como propósito presentar los alcances de los cambios efectuados para mejorar la capacidad sancionadora de Osinergmin en el ámbito de la supervisión de las normas de seguridad del sector hidrocarburos, cuyas infracciones generan accidentes que causan daños a la integridad de las personas.
