Abstract

Le travail ici présenté se propose de développer une méthodologie de la technologie des grandes orientations techniques agricoles. De ce point de vue, l'ensemble "grandes cultures" justifie des investigations particulières compte tenu de son importance. Ainsi, les céréales à elles seules représentent 18,2% des livraisons totales de la branche en 1985. C'est également une activité qui risque de subir les effets dus au changement de conjoncture. D'autre part, les exploitations spécialisées dans les cultures de vente céréalières et industrielles font l'objet d'observations détaillées réalisées dans le cadre du RICA (réseau d'information comptable agricole).
