Abstract

Les monnaies locales ont connu une forte croissance en France depuis leur apparition en 2010. Ce Carnet explique en quoi elles participent d'une pluralité monétaire transformatrice, présente les grandes lignes de leur déploiement et montre comment elles sont cadrées par un ensemble de valeurs qui leur donnent sens. La forte hybridation des ressources des associations émettrices résulte en particulier de fortes contraintes. Les relations que ces associations nouent avec leur environnement socio-économique territorial restent souvent assez sommaires. La gouvernance multi-parties prenantes qui est souvent revendiquée débouche potentiellement sur la construction de la monnaie en tant que commun.
