Abstract

Notre projet s'intéresse à l'accompagnement de l'évolution et l'appropriation d'un progiciel de recherche clinique vers une plateforme de collaboration inter-organisationnelle. La gouvernance du progiciel inclut la création d'un club utilisateurs et a été structurée sur un principe collaboratif et démocratique. La solution s'est construite, par et pour les utilisateurs, au service des besoins métiers. Nous nous intéresserons ici tout particulièrement au rôle joué par cette communauté de pratiques au travers de la question de recherche suivante : Comment faciliter la participation des communautés de pratiques dans l'évolution et l'appropriation d'une plateforme de collaboration inter-organisationnelle en santé ? Nous nous appuierons sur une méthodologie qualitative, par études de cas, entretiens et focus group.
