Abstract

Cet article cherche à comprendre le rôle des partenariats distributeurs/ producteurs dans le développement des filières agroalimentaires durables (produits biologiques, production intégrée, agriculture raisonnée ou de proximité). L'analyse de trois cas d'enseignes de distribution, en France et en Suisse, permet de mettre en évidence l'avantage concurrentiel de ces relations partenariales. Ce relationnel de long terme, avec une logique gagnant-gagnant, est associé à des mesures d'accompagnement des producteurs, sur les plans environnemental, économique ou social.
