Les alliances logistiques a l'exportation chez les PME manufacturieres du Quebec: une analyse de cas multiples

Abstract

Cette etude exploratrice est orientee autour de la problematique generale de l'externalisation de la fonction logistique a l'exportation chez les PME manufacturieres quebecoises. Le choix du niveau d'externalisation nous ramene au dilemme opposant "faire", "faire faire" et "faire ensemble", ou pour utiliser la terminologie de Williamson (1985), le marche, la hierarchie et les formes hybrides. Etant donne l'interet grandissant que suscite le recours aux nouvelles formes de relations inter-organisationnelles (RIO) chez les PME, les auteurs ont choisi de se concentrer sur une des options d'externalisation, celle des formes hybrides de coordination que sont les alliances strategiques.
