Les apports d’une optique sociologique à l’analyse de la transformation du travail des managers

Abstract

Le travail des managers (ceux-ci étant définis comme toute personne encadrant une équipe) est peu exploré par la littérature en sciences de gestion. Ce cahier de recherche tente d’en cerner les principales évolutions et recense différents cadres théoriques susceptibles d’être mobilisés en vue de les analyser. Les apports de la sociologie du travail sont plus particulièrement mis en exergue, en réintroduisant les managers dans le système de régulation de l’organisation, et en insistant sur l’enrôlement de la subjectivité des membres de leurs équipes.
