Abstract

Este documento es el informe de la comisión de educación y ciencia del GTMC. En él se propone iniciar un proceso sostenido de reformas que fomente la excelencia y permita al sistema educativo y de investigación responder más eficazmente a las necesidades de la sociedad. El documento pone el acento sobre la atracción de talento, el apoyo al personal docente e investigador mediante la reducción de cargas administrativas y trabas burocráticas y la mejora de los mecanismos de coordinación con el sector productivo.
