La Comparación de las necesidades de gasto por habitante

Abstract

Este trabajo propone una métrica para calcular las necesidades relativas de las CC.AA. con un criterio homogéneo que permite estimar las diferencias entre las mismas derivadas de sus diferencias demográficas, geográficas y económicas que pueden influir en la intensidad de las demandas y en el coste de prestación de los servicios a un mismo nivel.
