Abstract

This Working Paper focuses on the organizations’ social responsibility aspects linked to the active and creative involvement of the working community in the dynamics of change. The work, then explores organizational development area in the organizations’ social responsibility context. The Paper, from a broad survey about political policy and research, analyzes the weaknesses and the development areas at an international, European and national level. The work closes illustrating, a project proposal for the creation of a network of action research for Social Responsibility Organizations (network ELSE) focused on issues regarding the ethics of organization development.
